im tired and should be closing my eyes to try and fall asleep. instead i watch tv and end up online... reading emails or surfing things that interest me like funny news storys, if the weather will be sunny or warm tomrorow, funny images ... keeps my mind busy.

i can not lay down and just slowly fall asleep as i once use to be able to do, my mind will race. race with many thoughts that are un wanted and should not be there. worry. fear. sadness. everything i avoid in my waking hours of the day.

do not watch the news, sadness is everywhere there... just catch the weather man, he is fun and hopefully tell me warmer temps are on the way!

i tell myself im not a worry wort, im happy, and i smile. but truth is..
i am a worry wort, im not happy and im not smiling inside.

ill make it go away... just having some sort of rut right now... i think.. i hope.

new fluffy pillows, watching fish in a fishtank, snuggeling under a heating blanket, drinking tea, counting the steps as i walk up or down them, hugs for no reason, i love you's, scented candles, sound of water, seeing pretty snow thru my window, when my kids tell me they love me, their faces on christmas day, smell of crayons, watching the clouds, animals, rain storms, playing in mud puddles, music, new socks, taking pictures, talking to mom, talking to grandma, eating pizza, summer, the sun, making my kids laugh, hot showers, good smellin lotion, back massage, feeling loved, bike riding, car rides, train rides at the zoo or a park, playing at the park, going for walks, the ocean, sunsets, warm summer nights, writing, dreaming, sleeping in, spring, football season, nascar season, nuts, popcorn, babies laughing, kittens playing, puppies chasing their tail, newborn babies, fun memories, coloring, cartoons, opening presants, getting flowers, going out, shopping, my neices, my nephews, my kids, my husband, my family, watching american idol, watching george lopez shows, playing pogo, reading email, watching funny youtube videos, holding my kids hands, baking sweets, going camping

im dedicating this song to my mother-in-law sally. after her son, donnie passed away aug 28, 1995 she would listen to this song quite a bit. so much that the stereo she listen to came un plugged...on its own.
